I think Olivia left on her own, but I think Layla was laid off. Sure, people want to move on, but she was too emotion in the last video for it to be her choice. G4 was losing money, sponsors, etc. They had to let her go.

They should have kicked Kevin and Olivia before her. She actually taught me something. Kevin just made unfunny douchebag jokes and Olivia just shoved hotdogs down her throat.
