P.S.: and forget about "Caution" and "Breakable" stickers, either they fall off before the luggage leaves the check-in, or the baggage handlers take it upon themselves to test the validity of the claim, by breaking it.

The average life span for my luggage is about ten flights, after that the suitcases are so damaged that they are likely to spill their content through broken seams if you look at them wrong.

Why do we as customers accept that luggage is being treated like this?

Why is it wrong for us to expect that when we put valuables in the luggage, it will arrive in the same condition?

Accidents happen, but when an industry accepts breakage as the norm, something is severely screwed up in that industry.

And definitely not going by United? :)

1: Taylor is one of my favorites and I hope to get one one of these days.
2: everybody knows that if you travel, you get a good travel case so your baby won't be damaged.
3: Handlers need to learn how to take care of others property!!

I've had several bad experiences with them and am glad to NOT recommend them anymore.....BOYCOTT UNITED !!!

Kudos to you! Just because of this video I wont fly united, even though I fly free on standby. How an airline treats the luggage is a reflection on how an airline treats their customers. United apparently doesn't care for their passengers or their passengers things so i'll pass. Great song by the way very catchy, oh and I love your guitar. I might have to get a Taylor guitar myself.
