Wow, I was about to book a flight with United, but thanks to this video I will never ever fly with them away. What a despicable way to treat a customer. I have forwarded this on to all my friends.

Great video Dave. You are lucky to have the resources to come out on top. Last week or the week before I heard brian Williams say on his Nightly News program that airlines ridership is down more than 62% since 9/11. This is one reason why, along with the self imposed fees for checking baggage. Just think, you actually paid for the Fred Flintstone baggage handle to break your prize guitar!
Southwest is the only one that still treats a passenger right I fly them when I have the chance.

flying with a guitar has always been a nightmare. i try to hand carry as often as possible but some airlines demand that you check it as baggage. F United, I will NEVER fly that airline again. Really well done man...

I am a United retiree...they took my pension after 35 years of annual statements saying I would have a pension ..United's executives STOLE my pension then awarded themselves huge bonuses for doing such a great job while losing money for years.

It all flows from the top...the executives of United DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES, RETIREE OR CUSTOMERS.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FLY WITH AN AIRLINE THAT CARES ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES AND THE EMPLOYEES WILL THEREFORE CARE ABOUT YOU...NOT UNITED AIRLINES.

After all the birds corporations have flipped us, it's heartwarming to see someone flip 'em back successfully. I almost feel I got to do it through you. Thanks!
