Employee owned - it shows. Had a 6AM to Denver, boarded three planes. First one got on the runway, turned back - navigation equipment broke, second - engine problems, third had to wait an hour for the Captian. Re-routed through Chicago, 100 missed the connection they set up by two minutes. Arrived Denver 11PM that night. Gal at the service desk kicking back with her feet on the counter a blanket over her shoulders drinking a cup of tea. Last time I flew United.

United made a talented band mad enough to do a video and hold the evidence of the broken guitar up in the public eye.

I don't own a guitar, but I do solemnly declare that as from today Dec.10th 2009 I will not fly United for the next 11 years; should they break anything else (drumstick, lipstick, heart, whatever) without proper compensation and sincere apologies,
