MEN OF WAR (PC): Himmlers' Undead Legion - New York, USA - October 31st 1951

During WWII, Heinrich Himmler was notorious for his occult practises & ideaologies.. Delving into the secret sciences of the ethereal, genetic, & medical world.. In a castle on the Rhine River known as "Wewelsberg" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wewelsburg - In this castle 100 of the finest specimens of SS men were put to death in an elaborate ceremony & entombed in concrete caskets with full regalia & weaponry, all wearing the rare & dreaded "Totenkopfringe" or "deaths head rings".. In 1945, the region & castle fell into allied hands, the United States Army was forbidden to enter the castle, as a secret unnamed bureau of the U.S. government took command over all.. The SS caskets were loaded onto U.S. aircraft & flown across the Atlantic.. The plane experienced a strange electro-magnetic disturbance that forced it to land on eastern, Long Island rather than the destination of Washington, D.C... The cargo was offloaded & loaded onto trucks for transport, however the new director & change of president forced the scrapping of the project & study of the contents of the caskets.. Himmler, whom committed suicide after his disguise was uncovered by the allies in 1945, was also shipped (quite accidently) to Yaphank..

On an otherwise quiet "Halloween's eve" in 1951, Himmler's SS ""Totenkopfringe"" Legion, rose undead from their rotted wooden caskets & into the night air.. Descending upon the placid town of Yaphank, marching & singing - Zombies by all intents & purposes, not the classic flesh-eating monsters but far worse.. Heavily armed undead SS soldiers!

The residents of the town were alerted by a grave digger of a strange distrubance in the cemetary.. The uneasy occupants gather their home defense firearms & begin to make their way to the cemetary.. but then they hear distant singing, in German,, growing louder.. They stop in their tracks & strain to view what is coming from out of the mists & fogs..

A valiant defense is displayed by the citizenry & a heroic offense by police, lead into an apocalyptic firefight against the most feared & despised denizens' of Hitler's Third Reich.. These monsters of Nazism & freaks of the occult, reanimated by deviant ideaologies, spill out into the night..

A special operations unit of the U.S. Army based in Brookhaven National Lab is alerted by local police, they arrive in force to meet the Nazi undead menace.. Only to find that battling the undead is not a winning proposition.. the only viable option is to deploy tactical atomic weaponry to halt the march of Himmlers' undead legion!
