Your inspection begins with a walk-through of the property to examine both the inside and outside,

Testing methods include air spore sampling, testing for moisture levels, core samples, direct samples, and any other methods that are appropriate to answer your questions;

Testing methods for real estate purchases take into account the fact that invasive sampling may not be possible.

You receive a report that is specific for your property, thorough, extensive, and includes:

- Identification of molds found,

- Evaluation of the structure, and why molds were able to grow,

- Recommendations to eliminate the mold, and

- Recommendations to correct any structural problems that have allowed the fungi to grow.
