  • for the record, the last "crap position" is called a elbow lever...but besides that good video :)

  • @SnIp3Rz11 -_- in "bboy terms" it is called turtle freeze and one hand on outside is crab freeze, handglide position etc ....i just realized i didnt put turtle freeze but thx

  • I hate that you used every single effect in the box to make the video, but failed to use spell-checker once.

  • @Topera151 ok good for u :)

  • This is the first video I have seen that hasn't shown a handstand push-up as an exercise.

Now I'm confused. What do I need to be able to do before I attempt the planche?

I have been diving straight in with exercises, but I feel I am wasting time and effort if I am focusing on the wrong techniques. I have no idea where to start...

  • @conscript125 the handstand push ups r to strengthen your shoulders.

i recommend doing shoulder exercises and you need core strength(strong stomach, hip, legs, etc) i will make a more better explained video soon MOST IMPORTANT planche is basically a muscle memory move so do the exercises repeatedly and start out with the tucked planche or just wait till my next vid :)

  • @nhatnguyen92 dj binhtendo forbidden colors remix

  • h3ll0! can i know what song did you play ?

  • @conscript125 No worries. Anything that enables you to gain the upper body strength to COMFORTABLY handle your own body weight is a good idea. Then of course you need to be able to balance - There are numerous ways to gain, but plank varations IMO are a great starting point. I think muscle ups would be another exercise for overall upper body strength that might be of benefit.

Get a buddy to spot you when you first try the planche positions so you don't fall over.

    Pistol squats help balance.

  • @w0y1z92753 Thanks for the advice .

I didn't realize dips were important, I have been doing them occasionally, though I will definitely do them more often :)
