A very efficient exercise to strengthen the specific leg muscles used in badminton. The main point in the exercise is to never stop moving for the entire duration (~15-25mins).

  • Hey @thejym I have been watching your videos for a while now, I am just wondering how much times a week would I do this? Thanks!

  • @knajills It would depend on what else you are doing as part of your training regimen, and how long you do this footwork training for. I would recommend starting slowly by doing this once or twice a week, and if you feel that you have plenty of energy to spare, go ahead and do it more frequently. The reason I suggest starting slowly is that you don't want to overload your joints with something they're not accustomed to -- that could lead to injury. There are also many variations to this exercise
