great tricks. my suggestions are to slow things down during an actual performance. men's eyes can't keep up with that. they like it slow and followable, plus it looks less like you're bopping in a niteclub. also yes, less crotch shots--it ruins the nice move before it. my 2 cents

eh, it's a spinning pole from what i can tell with the video quality. but that's the good thing about spinning poles, it does make every trick seem like it's done a lot faster than what it is. you just don't have to put as much effort into it as with a static pole.

Nice smooth transitions, good body movement and flow. Great energy and cute haircut! She definately knows herself and puts her body on display properly. Refreshing flexibilty. Too bad the quality of the video is so poor. Would like to see a little less booty and crotch shots, more pole and dance moves. Again I say how can anyone claim to be the best without actually winning the title?
