Not knocking your method, I know this is just how YOU doi it, but I just want to give my opinion. I think the most important factor left out was a good diet. No matter how many or how much a poor diet will hide the results. I dont know how you only used crunches and leg lifts. I do 100 crunches in a single set every day as a simple warm up and it only increased the size of my upper abs. The leg lifts kept my hip flexors and Psoas muscles sore but no gain lower or mid abs. thanks for sharing tho.
