Tim Lucas - 12/8 grooving! (Gretsch Renown)

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted a video up in a while - I've been travelling across South East Asia for three months (which was awesome by the way!)

Anyway, I got back a couple of days ago and I thought I would make a vid to put on here! It feels great to be behind the kit again - I really missed it! I haven't played for three months so I'm a bit rusty but I'm quickly getting back into the swing of things!

I was jamming around today and started messing around with a 12/8 beat which I thought sounded pretty cool! So this vid is basically me jamming around this beat in 12/8 - hope you enjoy! Oh and I have a painful cut on my right thumb so I was using my wrist a bit more than I would usually do when playing!!

Do the Renown drums come with Evans clear g2's

@AliGdasmedasme I'd recommend the xs20's. For me they are they most affordable professional sounding cymbals.
