Well i personally never knew him as a next door neighbor. Only his mom. When he was my age, thier family used to live in our house. Then when everyone grew up, Mrs. McCardy moved next door. Then a few years later, we moved into thier old house. I do see him at least once a year when he comes to preform for the town. But I know his mom more than I know him lol. She makes great chicken noodle soup! ^_^

yeah, that's definately him! I hadn't watched the whole vid before I commented. Those are definately his cds. He used to live in my house when he was a kid. His mom is our next door neighbor ^_^

Yes, he is originally from Wellsville, NY but currently lives in California.

AHA! This is more information than I ever expected to get from posting his music =)
I am looking forward to seeing Fred again if he does another show at our farmer's market this year. I will have to carry a copy of all of these posts to give him. Oh and I better get more of his songs on YouTube for everybody to enjoy! Thanks for some of the history =)
