This great 80's kids toy commercial is for the Get In Shape Girl Workout Bar and it comes with leg warmers, tutu, head & wrist bands, cassette and instruction posters! He-Man toys never came with a Tutu.

I was about 5 or 6 at the time. I loved this. I think that's why kids today are so obese. It's because they need to move more than their fingers. Get up and find a sport to play or just exercise indoors for the fun and health of it.

They need to make a new Get in Shape Kids!!

I just want to say there is a new version of this line. One is a yoga kit. Another says Fitness on the box with a pink jump rope. You should look it up like I did just out of curiosity.

That's the problem with toys/activities for kids; they aren't self-interactive. When you play video games without enough "outside influence", i.e exercise and books, you get bored and short attention span. When you have a doll that lights up and does things for you, you aren't imagining things. Even wii's concentrate too much on just arm movement. Here is encourages you to play with different fun things and self-motivation.
