In 9th grade, my science teacher was talking about soil. He started laughing and asked if anyone knew who the Dead Milkmen were... I was the only one who raised their hand in the class. He said, "I'll talk to you after class." I knew exactly what song he was thinking of. He said he thought of this song every time he thought about soil. He was the coolest science teacher ever!

Hilarious coincidence: The National Zoo has burrow owls. In their enclosure, they have a burrow and a tiny tree. I've been there nearly a dozen times, and every time, the burrow owl is in the tree and not in the burrow.
