YOU CANNOT BE COMBAT LEVEL 32 AND HAVE 94 MAGE AT THE SAME TIME TO CAST ICE BARRAGE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. Why? It's the mechanics of how combat level is calculated. So shut the fuck up, that's what it said in the description, and go blow a dick, idiot.
