The Goal is Soul: Sole Burner Run/Walk

I just got back from the Appleton Sole Burner 5K Run/Walk for the American Cancer Society. Here are some thoughts on my participation in the event as well as my fitness goals so far.

UPDATE: I finished 754th out of 5278 people with a final time of 28:15!!! I was in the top 7%!!

The Sole Burner was on target to make $309,000 in their best year evah! :)

Hi mate just seen this again and decided to attach a video I did of a 10k charity fun run In Waterford last Sunday, shot with MY NEW MINI DV camcorder, expect to see lots of scenic vlogs from me now.

I did 10k run in 1999 in about 90 minutes I think. Dad walked it this year, see end of video.
