This spot in the road is located about 10 miles northeast of Petaluma Ca. Once you go over the cattle guard you drive your car about a block and a half down to the bottom of the hill. You put your car in neutral and it will pull you back up the hill at 13mph!

This is on Roberts Road, off of Petaluma Hill Road. It is a great place to watch lightening storms from because you can see everywhere!
