My african mantid stalking and catching its dinnerThis video is dated July 2008.I have owned this mantid since June 2008, I am unaware of it's sex. It has moulted twice whilst in my posesion, I'm sure it's L4.

Asian ones grow larger, africans are more vicious. Both fairly similar on keeping.
