So when you say, "drain them" does that mean that after you peel them, you soak it in water? Is it to clean it? I see the rest, but im confused about the "draining" part. I thought you peel it, then chop it then mix it all together. Please help me out, i wanna make it for xmas dinner tonight

@maquino220 After I peel potatoes I always rinse them, and I let them sit in the water while I'm working on something else; otherwise, they will turn dark. Then I drain off the water and proceed with the recipe.
