Sorry it's so dark, but when I had the lights on there was to much glare, plus my camera sucks!

I don't know, Avengers 4 (3.0) is definitely my favorite, but it's only a $200 book in that grade. Dark Tower sketch (9.8, signed, 1/100 variant), & Amazing Spidey 36 (9.8, double signed WTC/911 issue) have both sold for more than that on ebay, even after initial buzz. It depends on how you define "best" I guess. As a huge Cap and Avengers fan, #4 takes the cake for me, but others may not agree.
are you a store? My store has a CGC collection of about that size. The market is getting flooded on CGC books now so having a CGC graded comic, unless it's a really KEY issue doesn't mean as much as it used to.
Nope not a store. All of these were submitted by me from my own collection. I have more then a few keys here. I grade books for signature authentication at show and to protect some of my more rare books. I posted this for insurance documentation and bragging rights, I could care less about the market.
basicly they rate you're comics up to 10 they will give it a 9.9 if it's good or something along those lines. but it's almost impossible to get a 10 because they have to take the comic out and put it in the case... which i'm sure lowers the value. (but i could be wrong.
Comics don't come bagged & boarded when new. Reason 10's are so rare is: only about 10% of comics leave the printer absolutely flawless, then they're packed and shipped to Diamond, who then repacks & sends them to the shop, they open the box and put them on the shelf, then you buy it. Awful lot of people handle these books before they get to CGC, making perfection very hard to find.
Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) is an independent member of the Certified Collectibles Group of companies. They are a third party organization who professionally grade the condition of collectibles for a fee so that an accurate measure of an item's after market value can be found. But for some people, like me, the cases and services they provide help to preserve and protect the more valuable books in my collection.
