When I was in, the EM 'A' School was a joke. "Electricians" who didn't know what they were talking about, mis-defining electrical terms (for example, their definition of 'voltage' was "electrical pressure"). Maybe CG EM school is better now. I hope so.
In the field, I had the pleasure of working for exactly two electricians who knew what they were doing. Of my co-workers and subordinates, only one did.

What do you mean? Basically are you saying that the CG doesnt know what they're doing when it comes to electric?

I learned more about electrical work in the first year after I got out of the CG than the entire 6 years I was in.
