By integrating art into daily life, the City of North Richland Hills Art in Public Spaces Program beautifies public areas, improves quality of life and creates a distinctive identity for the community. Since 2002, the City has commissioned 27 original artworks, representing diverse media and materials, for residents and visitors
alike to enjoy The City of North Richland Hills Loaned Art Program allows area artists to display their work in a public setting at little expense to the city. At the end of a six-month to two-year period during which time citizen input is considered the City has the option to purchase, continue to display or return the artwork.
