/ PS: filmer aux building du portage (ceux du fédéral pas de la ville...) on peu avoir une amende de 3000$ c'est ce que les gardes mont dit... je sais pas si c'est vrai mais bon... faites attention...

This is at the gouverment buildings at Portage,Hull its near the olympiques arena...well kinda...that area is sick! You can go onto flate roofs of buildings everywhere in that area and its accessible by the STO buses easily
