  • Great motivation! I am continuing on finding out my "whys" and laying out my goals and values. Its not easy! I really want to figure out why I want to lose weight and I know there is more to just because I want to feel good about myself. I have a friend helping me with this so I am going to bring a box of tissues because I know theres alot of things in me shes going to get me to spill!

  • @leansecrets It's amazing how things have changed: not long ago people who reached out for any kind of self-help were looked at as sad cases, but now the pendelum has swang so much that reaching out for any kind of positive material is sure indication of one's assertiveness, mental health and well-being and a constant quest for improvement. I am glad you didn't ask me what was the "Landmark Forum" LOL

  • What's kept me going is all the things you stated, especially mental clarity/stress. After a long hard stressful day at work and school a workout just cheers me up and makes me forget about my problems. I noticed through eating right and exercise I can handle stressful situations a lot better!
