@Artmgjr someone has already posted an explanation that the translators made a mistake in reading the Kanji and made it Queen when it was supposed to be Princess. Remember that the English Patches aren't official, ZUN didn't make them.

@SundarkSoldier Nope, It is princess. The translators of the game made an error when they missed a stroke in the Princess Kanji. Queen and princess are very similar, but they are 1 stroke off. Princess has an extra line on the right of the Queen Kanji.
If you use one of the online translators it seems to make the same error, but in the hard copy of my Kanji book it shows the difference pretty well.
