@DeNBJarNe one thing that will help you, slow down, you can assign allot of jobs at once but when you do, some of the jobs at the bottom of the list will take a while for the dwarves to get to, also if there is allot of hauling jobs, that will hold them back allot! try assigning fewer jobs, and disable some (not everyones) hauling labor
