主料 / 花枝1支、碗豆莢10片、蔥1支、胡蘿蔔1小只、沙拉筍1支、九層塔1支、香菜1支
調味料 / 鹽1/2小匙、醬油1小匙、糖1小匙、咖哩粉1小匙、胡椒粉 少許、花生醬2小匙、黑醋1小匙、水1/3杯、太白粉1小匙
做法 /
1、花枝處理乾淨後,在內面切直刀紋、再對切開,切成大片,用開水汆燙備用。
2、將筍片、胡蘿蔔片汆燙後備用,蔥切段備用。
3、油2大匙爆香蔥段,放入筍片、胡蘿蔔片、碗豆莢翻炒數下,倒入花枝,快速拌炒、勾芡後,倒入九層塔、香菜末拌勻即可盛盤。

  • My sister had studied in Taiwan for three to five years and she has always wished to come back to Taiwan. I would come to Taiwan with her if we have time and money.

  • Hope to go on a gastronomic trip to Taiwan one day. Would like to eat as much as possible.I will try making the curry dish too.
