With decoupled controls the transmitter stick no longer directly controls pitch and roll. Instead the tricopter follows the stick direction no matter what way it is pointing. Push the stick away from you and the tricopter moves away, no matter what way it is pointing. Move it left and the tricopter moves left. Even with the tricopter spinning on it's axis this still works.

The flight is a bit wobbly because I am having to fight my instincts to control the craft as in normal flight!
