  • @IronMAidan I love Sandra's cream on my face.

  • Call me over the top, but Dr. Cabot is an inspiration!

Unsurprisingly there are people out there sceptical of her work...

Not me though, creams are like magic, so simple but they do the trick!!!

    Thank you Dr. Cabot!

  • Excellent. I found for depression a mixture of Vitamin D (which my liver no longer properly made into an active form) combined with flax oil (I''m a vegetarian and may prefer Krill oil. It is just to get Omega acids. I was on all kinds of anitdepressants from Big Pharma for decads which did more harm than good. Will keep reading your stuff. Fascinating. I am interested in depression and liver ailments, both of which you cover!

  • I agree, try anything, thanks for sharing some natural ways to deal with this

  • Ok, on a weird side note, are you a vegetarian or do you eat meat? I find eating chicken seems to be good for me. I came to a conclusion it must be chicken because chicken contains amnio acids, vit B12 and a range of other things. I will also try your idea though. Thanks!!

  • Hi digitalsoul,

Yeah, I use L-tryptophan for sleep. It has helped alot. I was prescribed Klonopin, but this was a bad decision, and I feel the tryptophan route is much better, and physiologically safer. I just took 500mg on an empty stomach at night. Worked wonders.

  • @BaileyLush can you elaborate on this? has it worked for you? what exactly are you using and what dose? Please let me know!

  • Amino therapy ftw. It's the best way to go.
