Government doesn't do anything well.  YES, ANYTHING! This guy's intentions are good but the unintended consequences are going to leave poor people worse off. He obviously isn't that good because otherwise he wouldn't need the government's stolen money of taxation and debt to fund is project. 99% of whatever money this man uses will be money down a rat hole. Markets lift people out of poverty, not socialistic states.

This is what is wrong with the system,The rich make us believe that the taxes will help us but instead puts into bondage,the tools "the rich" say are giving to help us kill us !

Where are these programs? Certainly not in Colorado. There is no help here. You could be starving on the streets and there is just about nothing. Food Stamps, yes but because most towns tax foods here it is less than other places. Unless you have a child forget it. Where is the $4000 or $5000 for people with $6000 incomes? I haven't heard of any programs like that. Yes, I asked. I am told nothing.
