http://www.ted.com Jason Fried has a radical theory of working: that the office isn't a good place to do it. At TEDxMidwest he lays out the main problems (call them the M&Ms) and offers three suggestions to make work work.

TEDTalks is a daily video podcast of the best talks and performances from the TED Conference, where the world's leading thinkers and doers give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes. Featured speakers have included Al Gore on climate change, Philippe Starck on design, Jill Bolte Taylor on observing her own stroke, Nicholas Negroponte on One Laptop per Child, Jane Goodall on chimpanzees, Bill Gates on malaria and mosquitoes, Pattie Maes on the "Sixth Sense" wearable tech, and "Lost" producer JJ Abrams on the allure of mystery. TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design, and TEDTalks cover these topics as well as science, business, development and the arts. Closed captions and translated subtitles in a variety of languages are now available on TED.com, at http://www.ted.com/translate. Watch a highlight reel of the Top 10 TEDTalks at http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/top10

Like the truth that, because work doesn't get done at the office, employees should be allowed to work from home??? Yes, this fucking idiot certainly missed that truth. This phoney, pseudo-expert fraud hack thinks instead bosses should come up with tyrannical rules to demean their employees. NO TALIKING? Who does this piece of shit think he is? And then seeing all the fucking morons clapping for him. It made me give up on TED talks. I can't get it up. These people are hacks. They are scum.

Can I just point out, for all of you who haven't noticed, what a stupid fucking hack piece of dog shit this moron is, who is on the stage. He might as well just pull his dick out and start masturbating (it would be more insightful). He is everything that SUCKS about TED talks.

He says work doesn't happen in the office. What the fuck is the obvious conclusion to draw from that? Shouldn't we just work at home then??? No, fuckhead announces. Instead, bosses should just make arbitrary random rules!

I know right? Its so hard to concentrate on my education, get work done and study pertinent subjects in the huge amount of material sitting on my desk with some idiot standing in front of the class talking all the time. They eat so much of our time that they tell us we need to complete our work after school, at home! Geez...

Whats the ted talk that had to with to people presenting and they were talking about the boss using an old formula and using better technology for the workplace, updating the computers. One guy was skinny and the other guy fat and short and he wore suit of some sort.
