Special Programmes Minister Esther Murugi says she has no apologies to make over her remarks on acknowledging the existence of homosexuals and lesbians which has sparked uproar. Gay and lesbian coalition program manager David Kuria says besides being ignored in HIV prevention messages, these individuals are often discriminated by health service providers.
