@poewnbiusa You act like it's an SEC school. Yeah it's not Northwestern but the acceptance rate was 50% last year and it's one of the top public business schools in the country.

I dont think This isn't him being stupid as much as it is anxiety or a fear. Seems everytime he's interviewed he's timid and isn't sure what to say, like he's afraid to say the wrong thing, and this results in him sounding dumb, and a lot of times saying the wrong thing. Or he might have some type of problem where he sounds slow or is slow. I have an uncle who when he talks out loud has trouble explaining himself and sometimes sounds like a babbling idiot.
