Ups, of course! I'm sorry. I owned the album, "Michael brecker", in cassette a lot of years ago, sadly I lost it. I was almost sure that Mike wrote this one, I'll correct, thank you very much

Mike Brecker once told the audience that the song was so "depressing" that Don first wanted to call it "Death"... They both had great humor!
