Turth to the matter is, their stories pale Japanese Americans' stories during the dark age!! It also paled the holocaust in terms of cruelty! Let's check the real history!

What about those millions of INNOCENT Asians who were MERCILESSLY RAPED and SLAUGHTERED during WW I and II by those cold-blooded Japanese soldiers???? Is there any JUSTICE for those killed Koreans, Chinese, Philipinos....? We understand your mother's negative experience, but who came to our grandmothers' and mothers' rescue when they were being raped and slaughtered afterwards? How many people really know the heart wreching side of other Asians' suffering. Their stories need to be told!!!

My relatives never spoke about this episode in their lives -- yet I now know that some suffered nightmares for the rest of their lives -- as you've said, to this very day.

She calls it an injustice, I call it pre-emptive self defense and protection
for the Japanese. If there was an invasion they would have been slaughtered by one side or the other if they had been left on the coast.

when they ASIAN they mean it in a cultural way. there is only one race the human one. ASIAN is more of an ehtnic background. i am black and i think its okay for ASIANS to say they are proud to be asian-american. please do not taint this beautiful video. i was looking for a different perspective then mine and i like what the selected few are saying in the video.
