@GrahamGJohnson ....comprehension, and yet more proof, I suppose, that the world is made up of something like 98% c_nts. Stay away from this and similar channels you non-contributing intellectual failure.

@GrahamGJohnson Says the imbecile who has fallen for the hysterical fraud that is radiohead. That you are incapable of recognizing that this so-called *band* is no more than an amateurish and commercially mercenary rehashing of what This Heat and Talk Talk did (infinitely better) decades ago, means that you should be barred from all commentary in the areas of rock, post-punk, post-rock, whatever. That you have then thought to pass categorical judgment on a Stockhausen klavierstuck is beyond...

you may have the tudor by now, but he performs all of the klavierstuecke except for IX and X. there are four different versions of XI on that recording. stunningly amazing!

pretentious and ugly

This masterwork has got the complexity I miss so much in most of today´s music.

i have the kontarsky box. lovely as it is, oh how i wish i had david tudor's recording... i'm not sure how many he actually recorded but i know he did VI.
ps plural of "klavierstuck" is "klavierstücke". thx for the posts as always.
Stockhausen's use of serialism is amazing! Studying the score is equally rewarding as listening to his music. Great piece!!
