@klayzer1010 its actually debatable, at this time he had one of the first multieffect synth pedals, although in the 90s it was most likely a univibe/phase90/leslie combined effect

@MrRoldos On this it just has echo effects on the synth. On the original album it was done with tape loops. The style of playing is what I would call 'trilling'. Do a drumroll with two fingers on one hand, Now just put just do that on a keyboard or piano.
You must of course realise the majority of this is a guitar and that the synth is only really between 0:28 and 1:48. The guitar is using the 'Univibe' effect.
