I don't know why I bother with these 'reptilian' proof videos. These people obviously have no clue how digital transmissions work and obviously have both too much time on their hands combined with paranoia and a general lack of common sense. I mean really people, are u serious? Reptilians? Now if they were to characterize some of these as 'snakes in the grass' , in many cases I could agree. Get a grip. Fight corruption, greed and avarice; you'll win a lot more people over.

Oh no... The video transmission lost some bits... We're doomed

This video proves that all you crackers are reptile humanoids.

what is wrong with these people lol...
notice right before the glitch, he pauses? thats because there is a loss of signal for a second. Just like we deal with every single damn day with just about everything we use. It is especially noticeable during live feeds, and the glitches are visible with any moving object. Be it a moving scene, or a goat.

This is easily explained. Compressed video is separated into two different types of frames, the key frame and the predictive frame. The predictive would be non-moving backgrounds, whereas the key frame could be the action within the frame, since it is split into these two types of frames it is possible for the predictive frame to go on just fine while the key frames are messed up due to lost data beyond what error correction can fix.

That what my TV shows look like all the time when using my digital antenna :/

@deadreck024 it is because everything else isn't moving as much. I don't know how it works exactly, but video compression is done to reduce a video's file size. Part of the how it does this is by trying to guess the motion of parts of the video to try to re-use bits that it can rather than using an entirely new image for each frame. The stuff that isn't moving seemingly isn't affected as much, but you can see artifacts left over from his hands arround the the static graphics if you look closely.

@ericrocksabeard i wonder if it is software messing up why doesnt the background and everything around him do the same thing please inform me.
holy shit people need to find jobs

Digital satalite feed. A glitch probably happens when the signal bounces from one satalite to the next one - or an aircraft flew in front of or past his reciever - or bad weather cuased signal loss and the decoder rectified the best it could, to give the viewer the best possible uniterupted picture. I see that allot and sometimes during HD movies wich is checked, again and again and again, Before making a final release on dvd, blu-ray and Satalite feed to home viewers... """NO REPTILIANS!!"""
