@ATACXGYM I am here to help. This explanation is very complete. No need to buy a DVD for that. Thanks for asking.

@BurtonRichardson Lolol thank you VERY MUCH for clearing that up for us,Burton! My friends re pleased and impressed that you actually have the concern and willingness to answer some of our questions! thank you a billion times, man. You have a DVD with this?

@ATACXGYM If the opponent could bite then your arm is not at his throat. There is no bite available when it is on, and when applied, the recipient can barely open his mouth. So, you win! :)

I am having trouble on the side opposite of the arm. That is the rib side stopping blood flow. I understand everything on the arm side by staying relaxed, dropping the shoulder, ... but how are you shifting your weight to cut off the other side. Seems like when i go low to the ground and drive my shoulder down to the mat my ribs fall off his artery and he has half of his blood supply. Any tips?

@g051798 the NS choke does take longer than other chokes due to the fact that the rib side carotid is not totally shut off, but if you settle your weight low and pivot into the opponent, then hold, you will find that it takes effect. Keep playing with it as a lot has to do with a subtle feel.

@JimKelly47 Thank you Mr. Kelly. And thank you for being such a great representative of what a martial artist should be.
