It is fake... it's from a Dutch sketch show called In De Gloria and they are all actors. This is part of a longer sketch where the presenter of this becomes a regional radio DJ.

first of all, he's not dutch but Belgian (vlaams)
second of all, it's not sure if its real or not....some people say this is fake, all set up.
