Thank you! Great video!

@Xmushau Hi, thanks for your question. It is a very good thing that your bones are likely still developing as you have the best chance to make improvements to your posture. It wouldn't be safe for me to give you specific advice having not examined you myself. Try to get a referral through your doctor so the costs are covered. I do offer a Posture Analysis service under 'Best Posture Products' on the homepage of my website. Let me know how you get on.

to the pressure from my upper back alligning? I feel numbness at times and it's been so painfu. What should I do for an exercise? I don't have money for a chiropractor anymore in the meantime, but could you give me an educated guess? Or let me know some exercises for lower back pressure? I've had poor posture since I was 14.. now I'm almost 22. Luckily I'm still young and my bones are still devolping and my posture is imporiving, but from my back pains it is hard to keep it up. Thank you!

Hello! Thank you so much for the advice. My posture has improved dramtically from keeping up with good posture and my chiropractor. Lately, I've not been able to afford to go and so I've been stretching my own back. I sit down and force my shoulders back as far as they can go and pull my uper body down to my knees to crack. It's been helping my back straighten out, but now my lower back has been in bad condition and the pain forces me to slump my shoulders. Is it because my lower back isn't used

@jamesandsab James amazing! So glad you got some help. You don't need x-rays to have me analyse your posture. I will instruct you how to take 4 pics of yourself and these get analysed. If you happen to have copies of your x-rays i'm happy to analyse these also (no charge just send them along with your pics). You can find the service at posturevideos dotcom/best-posture-products/p

Thank you I took your advice and saw a local chiropractor (I don't live in your country unfortunately) and he took X-rays and the area where C meets T has moved forward but above this point there is no curve it is a straight line. The combination of the two makes my head look quite forward. Doing this and your other head back, chin tucked in video I have noted an amazing change in just four weeks. Would a neck roll help too?
Do I need X rays for your posture analysis service?
Hello. I'm glad you have been working at your posture. Of course it is impossible for me to say what is happening with your posture as I have never examined you. I do offer a very reasonable 'Posture Analysis' service on my website under 'Best Posture Products' if that is any help to you. I don't advise that you try to do 'self' adjustments. Leave that to your chiropractor so you don't hurt yourself.

I have forward head posture from working at computers all day long, and I was thinking about getting a posture corrector to pull my shoulders back. I have occasional pain in my upper back and was hoping that a posture corrector would help with that as well as my head posture. Would you recommend using something like that at all?

@Ketchme17 Well I've never used any with my clients before so I can't advise on how effective they may or may not be. I am all for using real corrections and less inclined to use supports as my view is they may weaken the body as the body comes to rely on artificial means of correction.
