Bolshoi School in Japan, the gala-concert took place on July 20' 1985. Vladimir Malakhov and Victoria Melnik danced there Grand Pas de Deux choreographed by Leonid Lavrovsky and Sophia Golovkina. The music is attributed to Adam but probably it belongs to Minkus. It was included into the recording of Giselle by A.Zhuraitis (Melodia, 1972).

  • hi, curiously the music sounds quite like some composed by drigo for 'Harlequinade', in fact very like. you could check this title uploaded on you tube - "Harlequinade" Pas de Deux with Kurgapkina & Kovmir - the URL doesn't take in comments. what do you think? not to say drigo composed this but it's very similar, cheers
