Yes, he does evoke the Gloria, but I hear dialog of the Carmelites there, too. I hear the Carmelites throughout the Gloria, too.

this sonata was one of very last works before he died('63) so gloria was b4, you can also spot some parts from gloria in movement 2 romanza.

Beautiful. Did Poulenc compose this sonata before Dominus Deus? I thought I could hear some of Agnus Dei at 2:50.

The reverb from the hall that you're playing in slightly detracts from the overall performance.
Also, breath support on the high notes, as some of those higher notes were very flat.

And yeah, the reverb is really horrible.
