This film probably influenced the Scooby-Doo cartoons shown on TV around the 70's. The color palette, settings, lighting and designs are pretty much the same. Kinda fascinating :)

It's effin GOLD. I'm too deep into classic italian horror movies.
"Macabre" was the most sickening movie I had seen in years. And that was even more worse than when they skinned that turtle alive in "Cannibal Holocaust".
Lamberto Bava and Mario Bava where MASTERS.

My Italiano is horrible so excuse me.
Does "OPERAZIONE PAURA" mean "Operation Terror" ?

I think it means "Operation Fear," if memory serves.

Thanks for your reply!
Still a strange title I think. But "KIll Baby Kill" makes it sound like a psychedelic roadmovie. That's why I waited long before I saw it.
"Rabid" was also a cool movie =)

There are a number of Italian "horror" productions of this era with odd titles...see my Channel for titles like WHAT, and another called HORROR...!
