I feel sorry for Japan's people. I don't feel sorry for most of my fellow Americans. Most of whom choose to be ignorant and uneducated and to support blind patriotism and war and inhumanity. Far from all americans are like that but so many are. The laws of Karma and the christian version which says as you sow, so shall you reap, will eventually utterly destroy the afforementioned types.
