How could I prove a fact about the without evidence of even its existence. You cannot argue your way to a fact and/or piece of evidence. But lets forget proper usage of terms for the moment and let me rephrase.

Didn't deal with a single fact agin. You are pathetic! If climategate mails like "Hide the DECLINE" were so insignificant: WHY DID THE IPCC HAVE TO DROP THE HOCKEY STICK GRAPH ON WHICH THEY WERE BASED IN THE NEXT REPORT (AR4)?

"dropped the hockey stick" nonsense - see AR4, Chapter 6, figure 6.10, look at the top legend, see "MBH 1999" (aka "the hockey stick")
what's changed is there are so many new studies that confirm the basic graph, the older one gets lost. Not that the climate deniers expect their "Fox and Friend" addled audience to actually look.
