Something I Prepared Earlier - Jarrod Baker

Wellington comedian Jarrod Baker demonstrates how to make his "special scrambled eggs" for the Something I Prepared Earlier competition as part of the Visa Wellington On a Plate food festival in Wellington from 14 - 29 August 2010.

I can't take any credit for the recipe: it's based on a meal I read about in a William Gibson novel. Although I forget which one.
