Super Password: A puzzle revealed?

This contestant wins $25,000 in the Super Password end game. Hooray!!! During the celebration, an oddity occurs. The puzzle board show over Charles' shoulder appears normal at first...then a word in the last clue position is shown. It appears to be a six letter word. The first puzzle of the next match ("Allen Funt") has "M.C." for the last clue, so that is not it. The following puzzle ("Frog") has "jumper" (a six-letter) for the last clue. Was it a simple goof? Are the puzzles out of order? Was the mystery puzzle thrown out? I don't know. It's just kinda odd to see this happen.

Could've been that that last puzzle was still up. But if it was loaded for the next match, I'm sure they must have realized the goof and threw it out. Also, did you notice how right after Julie says "zero" for the win and the bells start to go off, at 0:07, the word inexplicably changes to "shovel" for a split second before the whole thing disappears? I thought that was odd too.

Earlier in this end game, the "S" word was "shovel". The contestant guessed the word and Charles passed it at the same time. The guess was properly credited as correct. The icon shows a dollar sign, but I guess the word was not removed by whoever pushes the buttons on the computer.
