RSBuddy [Runescape autoing] taking 3-12% CPU time on a 2.26 ghz Pentium 4 Northwood

This is my second computer, I had to replace a 2.6 ghz with 128KB L2 cache Celeron with this Pentium 4 2.26 with 512 KB L2 cache.
Battle Encoder Shirase - 75% CPU time cutback.
Use Less CPU Options (Renderer, Delay) on RSBuddy.
Process Explorer for the proof.
Hypercam 2 with RGB, 5 fps.
x264 @ slower preset, 1536 kbps to compress the resulting video.
