  • Looks like you need to get that forearm strength, the easy way to do it is just climb more. But if you really want it try dead hanging one arm off a chin-up bar or training board until you start to "peel off". Then Reach up with your other arm and swap (without touching the ground). At first you might only last a few seconds but trust me it works. Or if one arm is too hard just dead hang off a hang board.
